Membership Policy

Memberships can be cancelled or put on hold at anytime by either party for any reason or no reason. This can be done in-store, over the phone, via the Square email.

Making a customer profile requires name and email address.

Priority on preorders applies when products become allocated to us via distribution. We make every attempt to not preorder out product that we cannot fulfill. In the case where we have insufficient products to fulfill all preorders, Premium members in order of payment received get top priority, then Standard members, then Basic members, then non-members.

Locker rentals are on a first come first served basis. We hold the keys to the lockers for members to use.

Sealed products are generally defined as anything new-in-box. Notable exceptions include used single cards, used miniature models, online Warpstorm branded merchandise, and tournament entries. This is not an exhaustive list.

Waived day pass with Premium membership applies to a guest that is accompanying the member, or a spouse or significant other of the member.

Free 4-hour D&D rental is subject to room availability. Rental can be claimed in-store, phone, email, or via webform when available.
