REFUND POLICY

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase for new and unopened merchandise. Proof of purchase is required to refund in the form of cash or back on credit card, in-store credit otherwise.

Used cards, used models, and other opened collectibles are non-refundable.

Tournament registrations can be refunded in the form of in-store credit, at least 24 hours before the start of the event, less a 3% processing fee.

Preorders can be refunded in the form of in-store credit, at least 1 week before the release date of the product, less a 3% processing fee.
